1. ABOUT HALAIN
Halain is a private membership community that facilitates curated gatherings, cultural experiences, and other member services for approved members.
Membership is offered solely at Halain's discretion and may be limited by geography, capacity, member composition, or other factors.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 21 years old to apply for or participate in Halain membership.
By submitting an application, you represent that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.
3. MEMBERSHIP APPLICATIONS
Submission of an application does not guarantee membership. Halain reserves the right to approve, decline, waitlist, suspend, or revoke membership applications or memberships at its sole discretion.
Halain may request additional information or identity verification before approving membership. Membership decisions are final, and Halain is not obligated to provide explanations regarding admissions, waitlists, suspensions, or revocations.
4. MEMBERSHIP FEES
Membership fees, if applicable, will be communicated before payment is required. Unless otherwise stated, membership fees are non-refundable.
5. MEMBER CONDUCT
Members are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward other members, guests, partners, venues, and staff. Harassment, discrimination, abusive behavior, unlawful activity, or conduct that negatively impacts the community may result in suspension or termination of membership.
6. EVENTS AND EXPERIENCES
Halain may organize or facilitate dinners, gatherings, cultural experiences, and other events. Participation in any event is voluntary and at your own risk. Event details, schedules, locations, hosts, venues, and availability may change without notice.
7. NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOMES
Halain makes no guarantees regarding introductions, professional opportunities, business outcomes, friendships, relationships, travel opportunities, event access, or any other result arising from participation in the community.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Halain website, including text, branding, graphics, logos, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Halain LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
9. PRIVACY
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Halain LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, membership, events, or related services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Halain during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website, services, events, or membership at any time and for any reason.
